Pros
They make an effort to improve culture through volunteer work or monthly culture meetings. Everyone else was really nice except for my team.
Cons
My manager literally told me she was bad at communicating. She also heavily relied on the technicians to train me even though I was in a senior position. She would rather play world of warcraft at home than actually work. It is unfortunate that the techs on the team believe that this is true leadership.
