Very relaxed, small company environment. Steady pay and great bonuses.

The work culture is above and beyond! I worked at another company previously and did not realize how stress/overworked/unhappy I was until I began working at Health-Ade, because they truly value their employees! The HR team is outstanding! I had to reach out to them for an issue and was amazed to hear them say - "your health and wellbeing is most important," something that a lot of companies preach, but not many practice. Work-wise, I never feel overwhelmed or stressed. My co-workers are positive and caring people, and they alone encourage me to want to work hard. I came to Glassdoor to write this review because I feel lucky that companies like Health-Ade exist. The world is a stressful place, and work-culture has gotten out of hand across the United States. We all need more employers like Health-Ade.
