Collaborative culture, recognition when there are successes, coaching when there is room for improvement, amazing people, interesting work. I loved my time at this company and I think most of the upper management positions here work with their team when they're running into roadblocks. The account management team, in my opinion, are some of the best people in the business who truly care about their clients. It felt more like a big family rather than a small company with how close everyone is.

Some of the reviews aren't wrong where some of the culture could be adjusted. But I think anytime you join a team where people have worked here, 10, 30, 40+ years, you will find people who are extremely passionate and may communicate that incorrectly. But those people are few and far between, and in the 1.5 years I was there, upper management was aware of it and trying to adjust it.
