Lack of company vision in every aspect - product, culture, management Weak executive leadership and middle management Limited career growth Cliques/silos Understaffed/company churn As echoed by others, HealthLoop is full of incredibly smart, modest and hard-working people in every field and I felt lucky to work with them. Ultimately, it was just too challenging trying to wade through the chaos and confusion day in and day out and to navigate through the mixed messages. Chaos is part of every start up job description, but it shouldn't be unnecessary and self-inflicted chaos. The leadership team was great at cheerleading and and whitewashing any challenges or disappointments, but the company prospects felt very shaky and at the mercy of every contract. There were too many red flags at a company level, leadership level and team level to stay long term.
