Phone interview and then an on-site. Questions were fine , process was ok. But no communication after that. Phone interview asked general basic programming knowledge questions. Face to face had 4 rounds of interviews.

Basic programming , system design, database design questions
Six 30 minutes interviews with members of the teams. Healthloop and the team are incredibly passionate about the company and the company's goals. I was informed on my sixth interview that they were still interviewing 3 other candidates for the position. Do not be like me, ask them after round 2 or 3 how many candidates are left. I spent valuable time interviewing for a job that I didn't get.
I was contacted via an email to set up a time to have a Google Hangout interview with the lead of the position. The interviewer asked me about my previous experience and my personality.
