      Pros

      Lots of leads at reduced prices. Training is available. Agents are helpful.

      Cons

      Open enrollment is only three months long. Focus is primarily on Health Insurance which dries up after open enrollment ends. Pay structure is very confusing and CRM is not user friendly at all.

      Tons of resources, easily available feedback from superiors, company offers motivating trips if reach sales goals

      Cons

      No local office to report to, variable schedule, very busy during open enrollment and must renew licenses yearly
