Pros

The individuals who work here are truly wonderful. They are smart, hard-working and driven. Working here I've made friends for life.

Cons

The company itself has a toxic culture. It micromanages to a level that it erodes individuals confidence and sense of self-worth. Employees crying, taking stress-leave and feeling miserable at work are sadly common.

-work from home -no weekends

Cons

-very poor management -lots of micromanaging from your managers -lots of confusion with having multiple managers/supervisors, and the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing -new hires are half trained and a lot is asked of you -very high quotas to meet with limited time -unexpected demands that are very unreasonable -you will not feel like your supervisor or trainer has your back, they do not validate your concerns at all
