Great colleagues at a non-senior level.
Cons
Extreme workloads. Management completely unresponsive to employee stress levels, putting in token calls or "fun days" to make it seem like they care but the reality is they want to pile on more work. Openly aggressive and manipulative senior staff who micromanage and bully employees to get their way. Witnessed on many occasions employees getting reprimanded simply for being upset or overwhelmed. Senior management completely unwilling to delegate and micromanage everything which causes internal confusion and stress.
