Pros
It's a paycheck, benefits, and pretty standard hours. A few nice and smart people to work with but once they realize how bizarre this place is, they're gone shortly thereafter.
Cons
It's truly wild how this place is run. Management is totally inaccessible to their employees. Every now and then, they appear but it's only to bark orders. Meanwhile, every team is under staffed but management just finds another employee to plop the work on rather than hiring more people. People are fired and quit all the time but everything is kept a secret so one day, you show up to work and someone you used to work with isn't there. Whenever you ask what happened to that person, the answer is something along the lines of "they couldn't handle it here" or "they were afraid of working hard." It's not uncommon for management to scold employees and often in front of others. This includes screaming, micro aggressions, and derogatory slights. Management has no issues pulling the rug out on employees and clients if it will result in a couple of extra dollars. The product hasn't changed and consistently under performs.
