Pros

Many nice, cool, and talented individuals.

Cons

- Lack of transparency - Not allowed to expand job responsibilities or experience other positions - High-turnover rate - Toxic culture - Generally bad and inexperienced managers - The promotion of unqualified people - Not inclusive towards people of color, differing sexual orientations, or those with disabilities - Constant racist and sexist microaggressions - Highly inflexible workplace - No paid lunch hour, so you leave at 6. - Shady and questionable actions. For example, while I was at Healthcasts, someone left a negative review on Glassdoor, so an email was sent to employees who they knew were treated well and were happy, and they asked them to leave positive Glassdoor reviews.

Pros

The fire marshal assigned to the building walked us through a comprehensive fire safety briefing. I felt very safe in the event of a fire emergency. The daily shenanigans will make you a constant source of "The Office" on steroids stories for all your friends and family.

Cons

Complete lack of proper management structure would lead to constant mistakes, poor execution, and fumbled projects. Management would continually shift blame for their own dearth of foresight onto the lowest possible ranking employee. Constant demand of unrealistic project expectations with no oversight resulted in continual "encouraged" overtime. When confronted about the desperate needs of the company, management refused to provide or even consider additional manpower, supplies, and budget. Improper skirting of proper office ethics became the nor, all for "the good of the company". If you're looking for a place with unrealistic workload expectations that will increase with each project delivered while failing to be properly compensate or even acknowledged on any level, this is the place for you.

Pros

Breakfast on Mondays and there’s a few nice people in the bunch.

Cons

- Unorganized and nonsense processes - People don’t truly know what the word “busy” actually is. No one works well under pressure especially for the remedial type assignments given. The team also likes to sit and complain which is amusing at first but it gets quite sophomoric. - Your creativity will die here!! - No career progress, no strategic thinking, team members with no real direction or backbone. - No learning opportunities. I would highly advise to stay away from this place if you want to become a great marketer. You will not learn anything that will help elevate your career unless you’re looking for a position to kill time. - You’ll be looked down upon if you try and work from home. It’s 2018 and you demand employees to come in all the time when the work can be done from home. - It’s also look down upon if you have no work to do and leave before 6pm. I’ll never understand why employees are forced to stay until 6pm on a Friday when all the work in their queue is completed.
