Hello, first of all, thankyou for leaving us a feedback. We really do appreciate the good word you are putting out for us. However, we do see that we've fallen short on giving you the best Team Member experience we aim for. As much as we are a business, nonetheless, team member satisfaction has always been on top as our priority. We understand that our Team Members are first Family Members, and hence we do everything to prevent a culture of 'Either Work or Family'. Instead, our culture mantra has always been 'Both Work & Family at your own time'. That's why we assure Flexible Hours. Having said that, there are a few weeks wherein pressure increases-- especially when we face new challenges-- that's when we need the support of our entire team. We still hope though that you consider us as a workplace you'd love to come back to because we do try our very best to assure a culture of growth as well as fun!
