No work life balance, they say that nobody is asking you to work post your working hours or on Sundays but work load is so much that you just cant finish it. If you try to take help they just shut you with some unreasonable comforting words but no solution. Salary structure is so poor that even after putting your so much they are not going to do anything in this area. Even after telling that because of excess and highly expected sales everything is becoming difficult they dont listen. Instead of understanding they give cheap liners and tips to boost sales which is not comforting as a professional dietitian to speak to a user. They want so much of tasks and documentation on daily basis but are not ready to help anywhere. All these TLs, HODs, HR, senior managers just do not listen when the odds are against them. They just hire and fire with no stability. When you resign they ask you to take counsel from their member who can help but whats the use of that. Mental peace has gone for the toss by that time and even the holistic person or that counseler also speaks why not sales? As if they do not know anything apart from sales. It feels so pathetic reading everybody's reviews that being a brand how much they exploit people.
