1. you would be forced to work long hrs on weekdays and also on most weekends
2. master-slave culture followed here. You are nothing but a slave to the management. They even told employees with new born babies to work from office within some days
3. since employees would often complain about poor work life balance, the managers would say that the hard work would be rewarded at the time of appraisal. For us appraisal was delayed for more than 6 months and then people were laid off due to ‘poor performance’ at the time of appraisal. (We built their entire new product from scratch)
4. they micromanage. They keep track of what you are doing on your laptop, when you open or close
5. they basically hire everyone as full time employees but actually are contact based. They will make you work insane hours and when job is done will fire you
6. don't join here, especially if your domain is tech. The engineering leads and mobile team leads are a joke here. They don't know anything and will take credit for what you build
7. exit process is hell. They will straight away refuse to pay the variable pay. This is also the reason their salary structure has a significant part as variable pay (performance based) so that they will get their job done and fire employees and not pay the variable portion citing 'bad performance'
