Terrible Experience - No Respect for Employees I joined this company nearly 7 years ago, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite consistently delivering solid performance, I was laid off a couple of months ago without any obvious reason. The lack of transparency and respect is staggering. What makes it worse is the way the layoff was handled. I wasn’t even informed directly—I had to rely on a colleague who urged me to check my email. Imagine finding out you’ve been laid off through an impersonal email, with not a single call or proper communication from the management. It’s beyond unprofessional. But here’s the kicker: just 15 days after the layoff, I got a call from them offering to rehire me, but at HALF the salary I was earning before. How generous, right? This speaks volumes about how little they value their employees. If you’re considering joining this company, think twice. The utter disregard for employee welfare and the lack of basic respect are alarming. My experience here has been nothing short of dreary.
