      Pros

      90% of employees are awesome to work with. There are a few horrible people but most people are amazing. Good benefits, 401k, gym, etc...

      Cons

      Bad Management. No raise. If you'll ask for one, they will say to wait until next year.

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
