      Managers are becoming more open to work-from-home idea as of late. If you prove yourself early on as a conscientious employee, you are setting yourself up for a better chance to have this option.

      Pros

      I love working at Hearst in the Baltimore, Maryland market. I have worked for many radio stations over the past nearly 40 years and this is one of the best companies as far as working environment. I really feel cared for here.

      Cons

      On a personal level, I've had a hard time getting full time employment within the company, which is discouraging. Also, it takes forever for management to make hiring decisions.
