Pros

Incredibly transparent company. Empowers it's employees to do their best work. I've seen endless examples of our leadership soliciting feedback from the company, and then take action on areas of opportunity. Great company to work for. I have been here two years so far. It is a Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. You have off on Saturday and Sunday. I would definitely recommend working for this company!

Cons

They encourage you to eat lunch at your desk but this does not stop you from working and earning money while you eat.

Pros

If you are good at brown nosing you can make decent money, it is remote

Cons

They constantly change the pay (bonus structure) they try to make you think this is a good thing for you but it's not and they do this are random increments. They teach you how to scam realtors and loan officers. They will use you up and toss you away, making up any excuse they can but they will keep their druggie employees and going as far to tell HR to "over look" things. They want you to work outside of the 40 hour week for training but there is no OT and you are threatened that if you do not attend you be financially reprimanded or not allow to participate on early release days if the sales goal is achieved. NO annual review, pile on work with no added incentive and then treat you as if you're the problem for requesting a raise to compensate your new role. They hire people outside of the country to pay this lower wages with no benefits. If you are ok with being a con-man then please apply but if you have morals keep it pushing. Tell all friends in the business to stay far far away.
