- Long working hours. Sacrifices in personal life expected
- No respect for personal life. Even on vacation or important events, employees will be contacted through direct messages. Work-life balance next to zero.
- Not so great benefits
- Toxic work environment - superiority complex

- No clear direction or vision - things always getting rebuilt or scrapped.
- Preach transparency and candidness, but upper management can't handle criticism or concerns and brushes them off.
- Lots of Kool-Aid drinking and propaganda floating around the office. Upper management preaches false claims to boost morale.
- Dinosaurs that think remote work is bad. Hybrid approach only a front to feel important and power trip over seeing employees in the office.
- Low salaries - underpays by a large margin. Options are used as a bait.
- Ignores employees mental health - normalizes burn out culture and over working
- No accountability from upper management - will always shift the blame down the command line.
Don't fall for their excuse that startups aren't for everyone or that employees are making an impact. This is just an excuse to justify their unethical work practices.
