Awful - Customer Service Representative Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Employee Review

Very high staff turn over. Management is terrible. No one takes any responsibility, office facilities are disgusting. A lot of boiler breakages so cold rooms no water and made to use the toilets when they do not flush. Systems are very out dated making your job harder. They cut corners and don’t do jobs properly so you’re left to pick up the mistakes and the company’s does not care a single bit about staff. Most managers due to retire so they have switched off or never available and if you bring up anything in regards to business development you’ll be ignored as it’s more work for them.
