Very unstable - Delivery Driver HelloFresh Employee Review

Working as a delivery driver at HelloFresh was very unstable and stressful. The job is basically “work on demand” — you have to stay available all the time, but many days there is little or no work. Management expects flexibility but offers very little security in return. The pressure during deliveries is high, routes are unrealistic, and support is poor when problems happen. Drivers can easily be replaced or fired without much explanation, which creates constant insecurity. Overall, not a good place if you want a stable income, respect, or long-term job safety.
