      I can't think of any pros.

      Cons

      Some senior people at the London Office are bully's. It is an awful office environment and quite often you are walking on egg shells. The culture and values of this organisation are also terrible. The interview experience does not match up to the reality of working there at all.

      None. Your better off starting your own agency. The owner is a coward and a cheat and the work life balance is awful

      Cons

      Management, ownership, work life balance, payout structure - if you want to be miserable, work here.

      Pros

      Great time, friendly, helpful, fun and they really support you. Manager and Director both great and drive you to be better.

      Cons

      Share an office with another company in the group, its very different and its made the office environment a bit strange and not as good as it used to be.
