9yWe hold monthly sit down meetings between employees and our GM, conduct annual opinion surveys, and have an open door policy for comments to try and create the best culture for everyone. With all of our company activities, wellness initiatives, strong benefit package, and many other employee benefits we are surprised you could list zero positives. With that we do realize that our culture will not work for everyone, and hope you can find a position that makes you happy.
