      I only gained experience because I pushed for more work

      Cons

      Very low pay Job didn't require an engineer Didn't have a manager the whole time there Had to work under a millwright Same work everyday Got in trouble for being a few minutes late one day

      Pros

      Great motivated and smart people, good culture for interns and lots of projects for interns to learn hands on engineering

      Cons

      Sometimes different teams can get busy and require you to really advocate for support/help for your work, as managers or other engineers will not really have time to check in with you sometimes. Still a great experience.

      Mismanaged, underpaid, undervalued, overworked, dangerous working conditions, safety is a joke, retaliation, and harassment.
