The 2025 comp plan is a joke. They lure you in but watch out for the asterisks. They exaggerate pay, take accounts away, and make up rules to benefit top reps. Their VP of sales is a little Napoleon. Misogyny and gender pay discrepancies are notorious. Reps are reminded how immediately replaceable they are.
