Awesome learning experience. Great opportunity to learn and gain industry connections. Overall a positive experience when you leave the politics out of the picture.
Cons
Political environment - too many get ahead with limited talent but the ability to manage up. Rely to heavily on the few that truly are passionate and care about the company, yet don't reward them. It's not what you know, it is who you know and how well you adore them.
