People are very supportive here. Great benefits. Turn over is very low, people stay here for a long time. Company believes in work/life balance. Lots of career opportunities if you want advancement.
Cons
Onboarding needs a little work, but they are working on that. Compensation, salary wise, needs to be more in line with what is being offered elsewhere.
