Pros
Large company that has a small company feel. Great culture, numerous opportunities for advancement and minimal micro management. There is no company that is perfect to work for, but people who work here have been with the company forever which should tell you a lot right there. As long as Stanley Bergman is in charge, I don't see that changing
Cons
Its a large company that moves at glacial speed and sometimes can't get out of its own way. The systems being used are lol from the glacial era (but still work), in need of updating
