If you are in a GOOD BU (Business Unit) you should be OK. Choose QATS (testing Service) Its growing and still growing Has good number of Onsite Oppurtunites All Indian Festivals will be celebrated.
Cons
Hexaware Finance is utterly BAD. I mean they dont have any fixed process. All join hands together. Buttering is very much required if you need to get your bills paid for. They are in the 1920's IT world where they need paperwork for everything. This is one unit where anyone who are or left the organization feels the WORST managed UNIT. 2) Hexaware LOVEs to pay more and more taxes to the Govt. They dont want to give lots of Tax exemption plans to the employees. Employees feel they are paying higher tax than other companies. 3) Coming on to Vacation/Holidays... Policy is WORST in the IT industry. 4) Now the introduction of Mandated hours has pissed off many many employees in the organization. They have some mandated hours of 7Hrs per day. If by mistake you clock in 6.59 Hours your Half day Earned Leave is gone for a TOSS. On the contrary i f you work 1 minute more you dont get 1/2 day more Earned Leave. This policy SUCKS and makes you to be feel like you are in CORPORATE JAIL. 5) The Company does not care of resource utilization. If the unit shows a bench strength of 10% or more Upper management is not bothered. Irrespective of the Grade he is in. 6) Im surprised to see people working for 10 YEARS or more!!!! Imagine the kind of Work ethics if would have developed and made other new comers to follow. They canot get out because they dont know anything or does not want to go because they cannot get paid too much. 7) Salary is not fixed for grades. If you are critical resource and needs you dont be surprised you will be drawing more than your Manager. NO Set process 8) They have only few Strong accounts who are runing the business. If one FAILS drastically then you will see negative about Hexaware. 9) No Corporate Culture Environment.
