      Good company for fresh graduates, but..

      - Being a mid-sized company, freshers get opportunities at various projects in short time - Great onsite opportunities - Most managers go along well with employees - Wok life balance is mostly OK (dependent on the project, though)

      Cons

      - Low salary range compared to other Indian IT orgs - Only good for short term; better look for something else after 3-5yrs - Number of key customers is fading, unfortunately due to poor interest shown in bidding
