Absolutely nothing except that it’s in Pondicherry.
Cons
1. Micro-management 2. Sexual harassment 3. Leave policy? What leave policy? For the first year you don’t get any leaves. And this is not mentioned when the offer letter is given. (Very sly HR mgmt) 4. Work timings are ridiculous & there is loss of pay if you come even 5 minutes late to office 5. Very unprofessional & rude style of management & the worst part is they think it’s okay to be this way & somehow employees are supposed to “handle” it. So much more to say.. conclusion: it was one of the worst companies I had worked for & it took me a while to erase the traumatic experiences. Everyone’s really amicable at first & then you see their true colours. Please oh please don’t fall for all the other made up good reviews here. You’ve been warned.
