      Cons

      This firm is a hot mess. It the blind leading the blinder. They can’t retain staff. Management is oblivious of employees needs. Good people realize quickly that this firm after 10 years can’t seem to get it together. They talk a good game but the follow through isn’t there. Low compensation. Avoid.

      Pros

      Flexible PTO, good healthcare and maternity/paternity leave plans, inflation raise each year with a bonus dependent on company profits. Supportive and friendly staff.

      Cons

      Mostly in-office work with one WFH day. Not many raise opportunities past the one each year to account for inflation.
