      Pros

      The backbone and support of a large firm, with the flexibility an passion of a startup. Very little corporate hierarchy.

      Cons

      Hard to say it's a con, but career path is totally left up to the individual. If you need a corporate roadmap to follow, it's probably not your cup of tea.

      Pros

      Flexible PTO, good healthcare and maternity/paternity leave plans, inflation raise each year with a bonus dependent on company profits. Supportive and friendly staff.

      Cons

      Mostly in-office work with one WFH day. Not many raise opportunities past the one each year to account for inflation.
