Pros
I am empowered to do the right thing for our clients. The company purposefully works on building culture, which is becoming a strength. They invest in me through training and executive programs.
Cons
The turnover here is a bit higher that it should be. I think a mid-sized company isn't for everyone, and the firm could do a little better job of keeping it's eyes on the long-term view in terms of strategic talent planning.
