Pros
Hilton is a great company to work for, with easy going, friendly people to work with. Benifit and perks are awesome.
Cons
Most hotels are franchises, and sell without much notice to employees. New owners means new management, and sometimes a hotel becomes a Hilton by name only.... not owned or opperated by Hilton......
