      Pros

      As an international company it follows quality metrics that make uniform the processes and operating system which makes easier to change between properties or countries

      Cons

      In this specific property owners were not really interest on creating quality product they just wanted to make money, which makes it not a nice place to work as they don't really care about their customers or employees

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
