      Pros

      The account managers are very attentive to my needs during the interview process. They are professional and personable, they describe the process and work closely with you the entire way. These people know their clients. That is a good thing to see in this day and age of not getting call backs from recruiters.

      Cons

      Account managers could spend more time with contractors after they are working on site.

      I love how involved they are in the process of hiring and even after accepting the job offer, they’re great to work with and give me peace of mind.
