Really lovely atmosphere - everyone is so friendly and happy to help. You feel welcomed and supported from the very start. The Company values are considered at every step of the recruitment process so new hires all tend to have similar attitudes and approaches to work.
Cons
Processes are quite old fashioned, although it is going through a process of change at the moment.
