1. Worse management, specially HR function 2. Centralized person decision process 3. Always in loss, from last 3 years. 4. German management interference is more, who don't have knowledge of Indian market. 5. Terminating employees anytime, without any prior notice. 6. Above 50% employee turnover. 7. Very less salary increment, average increment for 2017-18 is 3%.
