Pros
The company pays a little more than the average bulk recruiter(Indian standards). Money, however, at the starting point of career is not the most important thing so weigh its importance. The company's policy for the employees in areas like dress code etc are not very strict.
Cons
The company does not have a lot of projects. Last I checked, the company was facing a loss. Because of the lack of projects most of the people are stuck with not so good projects involving service and support. Some of the upper management employees favor people who keep buttering them. A lot of favoritism persists in the culture. Also, the training given to fresher's after their induction is of a really poor quality.
