Pros
Revit tools and best practice manuals were established, used by teams, and were wonderful to learn how to develop as an architect. I learned a lot from the systems in place at the firm.
Cons
I left the firm for new opportunities in different market sectors and for opportunities for advancement. Favoritism and the feeling that some of the "bros" received more recognition and opportunity for advancement drove me to job hunt and I found another opportunity that seemed like a better fit for me.
