you're lied to at the interview. they say 40 hours that's not true you can be dropped down to 30 hours and made to feel guilty about working. you may be scheduled but forced to leave early or risk not making your required standards. No kidding aside, they say they want volunteers to leave early as if they will receive benefits, credits etc.. you would think that though. If you don't leave, they will make you leave early, yes they will, they bring up numbers and do you really want to risk not making your numbers. you're not even in a position that sells and on a contract. the call center hourly emps ideas are ignored and let fallen through the holes. they don't care for the lower level emps to give ideas. To wrap it up no matter if you do good that attrition will happen forcing you out. you will be a target at one point in time or another.
