Pros

Ready to leave and start where I hope to be appreciated and compensated more.

Cons

Leaving a job I was exited for but never received. Not valued for the amount of work and responsibility. More gets added as people leave but pay stays the same. You only can move up if you sound like a ridiculous can't voice your own thought yes person. Youbare looked at like you have 2 heads if you should voice an opinion other than what everyone is praising, drooling, and clapping all over management. HR is a joke. Flirt/make fast friends with them or quit now. Who talks to them about what is appropriate? Who screens these people? You have lost so much great talent. There are also many people that are quietly picking up the slack with no additional compensation. That it tough when you see certain HR people going on day trips and posting when you are more qualified for their position. They look better in a photo? Get real!

Pros

You get exposure to different sales styles, personalities, and ways of handling guests. Some coworkers and leaders were genuinely supportive and wanted to see people improve. It can be a good place to build and learn how to think on your feet. The earning potential is there for the right person and the team environment itself can be fun and energetic at times.

Cons

Training and coaching experiences can vary depending on leadership style. Success often depends not only on effort, but also on access to mentorship, tour volume, and real-time guidance. Communication and expectations between departments did not always feel fully aligned, which at times created confusion around development and performance goals. During slower seasons, limited tour flow can also make it difficult for newer representatives to build consistency and momentum.
