Pros
On an individual basis, management was pleasant. There were no sales goals so as a university student I had no stress to take home from work.
Cons
I felt that the focus was on spending as little on staffing to maximize profits. By the time I left, we were constantly understaffed and the stress free aspect of the job I had enjoyed was gone. The corporate level of the company has no clue, or perhaps nor regard, for what actually happens at the front line.
