Pros
The other waiters are amazing fun and wonderful people who help busy shifts go by somewhat smoother, and pizza during breaks is always good.
Cons
Management don't know how to manage, are incompetent, put way too much pressure on the already hard workers so avoid issues with the less strong waiters. Developped serious mental health issues that went unhelped even though my distress was clear.
