-The whole corporate structure is maintained by fear and intimidation -Highly biased and racist -Promotions aren't based on merit, but rather blatant favoritism -Treat their long-term staff as expendable

Tip pool, extremely fast paced, can be a bit culty. Complaints from employees about something/someone aren’t handled well, absolutely no confidentiality.
