Pros

Work from home three days per week

Cons

Most of management is in way over their heads and it shows. Even minor changes or decisions take 10+ months to be approved/implemented. Every position, other than the worst entry level roles, is seemingly filled by favouritism and sexism that puts women and Toronto-based employees ahead of everyone else. If you don't live in Toronto, don't even bother seeking advancement. Because of how primitive the technology is here, you will spend 80% of your day entering notes, inputting data, downloading documents from one system then uploading them to another, and or just simply waiting for the system "MARS" to load. As this work is so braindead, you will need to be incredibly creative in how you describe your work experience on your resume in order to get off this sinking ship before the company goes belly up.
