Pros
Great synergy between executives and officers. Highly motivated co workers. Everyone is able to put on a show.
Cons
Extremely high turn over rate. Most staff suffer burn out and quit within 2 years. Staff achievements are not credited to the staff but to the bosses instead. Your only purpose is to put on a wayang show and make your bosses look good. 2 faced management who is not open to new ideas. Staff are stressed and overworked, some days even working mindlessly for 24 hours to hit unreasonable last minute deadlines. Lots of office politics and finger pointing by management. Management refuses to admit mistakes and always looks to blame someone below them.
