Extremely high turn over rate. Most staff suffer burn out and quit within 2 years. Staff achievements are not credited to the staff but to the bosses instead. Your only purpose is to put on a wayang show and make your bosses look good. 2 faced management who is not open to new ideas. Staff are stressed and overworked, some days even working mindlessly for 24 hours to hit unreasonable last minute deadlines. Lots of office politics and finger pointing by management. Management refuses to admit mistakes and always looks to blame someone below them.

- An organisation putting up a series of fake positive reviews here to drown out the negative soundwaves. Laughingly, this is the exact situation within the organisation. Management constantly in denial of the issues and experience faced by staff. - Management are in their own little bubble, and are so disconnected with the ground, yet they feel they are so connected with their staff - Management loves people who bootlick and who make their ego swell. Just look at the people who get promoted and valued - these are the exact people who are not well-liked on the ground because they don't do work! All they do is to carry balls and talk what the management likes to hear, but sadly this is how you advance your career here. - Management likes to talk about staff motivation, yet they are the ones who are making staff lose their motivation! - Just look at the number of vacancies from this organisation on job portals, and read thru the reviews on Glassdoor, and you should know the full picture of this company.
