      Decent pay and benefits, although the benefits package is shrinking and costing associates more every year.

      Cons

      Poor management practices, especially in Department Mgt, Human Resources and Admin. High turnover of young professionals... stepping stone to something better.

      Pros

      Just Finished my week at the Pro Center will be starting in the ALMC Department at AEP on monday and am personally looking forward to it. Ive read mixed reviews but I believe every experience is what you make it.
