      Good benefits, decent pay. Otherwise awful.

      Cons

      There are 3 classes of employees at Honda Aero. Japanese associates are 10s, career Honda Non-Japanese are 4 to 6s, and everyone else is a 1. If you want to do entry level work for the rest of your career, Honda Aero is for you.

      Just Finished my week at the Pro Center will be starting in the ALMC Department at AEP on monday and am personally looking forward to it. Ive read mixed reviews but I believe every experience is what you make it.
